I created Unravel and Root because I believe healing should feel like coming home—to your body, your breath, and your peace.

For over two decades, I’ve been holding space for tired shoulders, aching backs, and overstretched souls. And as a mom myself—juggling all the chaos, the caretaking, the never-ending to-do lists—I know what it’s like to feel like you’re always pouring from an empty cup. That lived experience? It’s the heartbeat behind everything I do.

I don’t just offer massage—I create a ritual. A moment of exhale. A space where your body feels held, your nervous system feels safe, and your spirit gets a damn break.

My intention is simple: I want you to feel safe, loved, and deeply relaxed. I want to help lift the weight of stress, pain, and stuck energy. I want the touch of my hands to bring you back to yourself—softly, intuitively, powerfully.

Because you deserve to feel whole. And you don’t have to leave your house to get there.
