I have a dream…
I have a dream…
That one day, women will stop apologizing for needing rest.
That massage won’t be viewed as a luxury, but as a non-negotiable reset.
That we’ll stop wearing burnout like a badge of honor and start treating rest like the revolutionary act it truly is.
I have a dream that women—especially the moms, the caregivers, the ones always holding it all together—will have a space where they can unravel without shame and root back into themselves with pride.
Because here’s the truth:
Your body isn’t being dramatic.
Your stress isn’t imaginary.
Your need for stillness isn’t selfish.
I created Unravel and Root because I was tired of watching women pour from empty cups. I saw it in myself as a mom. I saw it in my clients. And I decided enough was enough.
So I’m reclaiming rest. Reclaiming ritual. Reclaiming space for softness in a world that’s constantly asking us to be hard.
Massage is just the beginning.
This is about coming home to your body.
This is about healing as a lifestyle.
This is about making rest sacred again.
I have a dream—and I’m building it, one soul-soothing session at a time.
